Payment methods
Mark Eng confirms an order before requesting payment. Depending on the order and availability, payment may be completed using UPI, debit or credit card through an approved payment provider, net banking, or cash on delivery where offered.
Order confirmation
Submitting the website form creates an order request; it does not automatically charge a card or guarantee availability. Our team confirms the final products, total amount, delivery details, and payment method before payment.
Payment security
Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, OTPs, or banking passwords through email, phone, or the website contact form. Use only the secure payment method supplied during confirmed checkout.
Pricing
All displayed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable delivery charges or taxes will be communicated before the order is finalized.
Payment problems
If a payment is debited but the order cannot be fulfilled, contact support with the payment reference so the transaction can be reviewed.
