Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on product condition, reason for return, and applicable consumer law. Products should normally be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with the order reference and photographs where appropriate. After review, we may arrange a replacement, return, or refund.
Cancellation
An order request may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Mark Eng. After dispatch, the applicable return process may apply.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
Exclusions
Where permitted by law, personalized, opened-for-hygiene, or otherwise excluded products may not be eligible for return or refund. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
